Just wondering if anyone had some suggestions on nymph or streamer patterns, along with sizes for fishing the Flatbrook in NJ. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have fished bigflatbrook for three years now. What I can suggest is beadhead patterns. I find the using bead head nymphs is most effective when it comes to catching fish. A common fly is the prince beadhead. but basicly any fly that has weight and a beedhead is what you should use.
hope this was helpfull, sry for any confution. im not the best explainer.
